Self Pick-Up
Self pick-up is available at:
20 Lengkok Bahru, Vista Block #02-01 Singapore 159053 (10am - 7pm)
Our customers will be notified when their order is ready for pick-up.

Shipping & Deliveries
Our shipping fees are calculated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are based on the total weight of your order.

For Local Orders (Singapore)

Delivery rates:

• Up to 5kg – $3.50

• More than 5kg to 10kg – $6.00

• More than 10kg to 20kg – $11.00

• More than 20kg to 30kg – $16.00

• More than 30kg – $20.00

Standard delivery time will take between 2 - 5 working days. If you wish to schedule or notify us of a preferred delivery date, please contact us at +65 9615 7473.

For International Orders
All prices on this site are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
For international shipping, kindly email us at info@wearesuper.com with your order details and full international address. We will provide a customised shipping quote based on your location and order size.

Refund Policy
All sales are final once you click the ‘Order’ button. Purchases will be charged to your credit card immediately. Please take note on the following:

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
If your order is missing an item, contains a damaged product, or if you have any other concerns, please email us at info@wearesuper.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
Kindly include your order number in your email for reference.
